Terms of Service

Effective: April 2026

These terms govern your use of AIDEN Colleague, a white-label AI colleague platform operated by Redbaez (ABN pending), Melbourne, Australia. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

AIDEN Colleague provides a white-label AI colleague for creative agencies. The platform learns from your agency documents and staff interviews to deliver contextual, personality-driven AI assistance through the Phantom system. Each agency gets its own isolated workspace.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
  • Attempt to access another agency's data or workspace.
  • Use the platform to generate content that violates applicable laws.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's operation.

3. Intellectual property

  • Your content: You retain ownership of all documents, interview responses, and other materials you upload.
  • Our platform: Redbaez owns the AIDEN Colleague platform, the Phantom personality system, and the Nuclear Brain technology.
  • Generated Phantoms: Phantoms created from your agency data are licensed to you for the duration of your subscription. This license is non-transferable and ends upon termination.

4. Payment

The service costs GBP 4,000 per month per agency. Invoices are issued monthly and are due within 14 days (net-14). We reserve the right to suspend access for overdue accounts after reasonable notice.

5. Data handling

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your agency data is isolated from other agencies and is never used to train models for other customers.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee specific uptime. AIDEN Colleague is an early-stage product. We will communicate planned maintenance and significant outages where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redbaez is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. The AI colleague provides assistance, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any outputs before use.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • You may request an export of your data before access ends.
  • We will delete your agency data within 30 days of termination.
  • Your Phantom license ends immediately upon termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
